You can either place your order directly through the Order page or submit an Enquiry form if you’d like to discuss your ideas first. Once I receive your order or enquiry you will sent an email with simple instructions to upload your images - These include images of the garment and any accessories (eg. wedding shoes, jewelry, veil or any special details you’d like included ). As soon as photos are received, I will commence your custom artwork. From there, I create your illustration using your images as reference, carefully combining details where needed to create a balanced and timeless keepsake.

You can place your order through the Order page by selecting your illustration type, number of figures and artwork size. After checkout, I’ll be in touch by email to gather your photos, notes, and any special requests before I begin.

Most custom illustrations are completed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Timing can vary depending on the level of detail and the time of year. If you need your artwork sooner, please enquire before ordering to check rush availability.

While weddings are a big part of my work, I also create custom illustrations for anniversaries, engagements, bridal showers, special gifts, and other meaningful occasions. If you have something else in mind, you’re very welcome to get in touch through the Contact page to discuss a custom piece.

Each order includes both a digital version of your artwork and the original hand-painted illustration on quality paper. Your original piece is carefully packaged and posted with standard Australia Post delivery within Australia. The artwork is supplied unframed and arrives ready to frame, allowing you to choose a presentation style that perfectly suits your space or occasion.

Yes. Your illustration can be created either before or after your wedding or special occasion. Many clients order before the event using dress fittings, suit photos, online images, or inspiration images, while others choose to order afterwards using wedding photographs.

Payment is required before the painting process begins. Flexible payment options, including Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4, may be available at checkout.

As each piece is custom made, refunds and returns are not offered once your preliminary sketch has been approved and painting has begun. The preliminary drawing is shared beforehand, so you have the opportunity to review the composition and request small adjustments if necessary, before the final artwork is completed.

Yes. Each illustration is hand-painted. In some cases, the composition may be refined digitally in the planning and approval stage before the final artwork is painted by hand, a thoughtful part of the creative process that helps ensure a balanced final piece.
